TR CU 009/2011 is the technical regulation of the Customs Union on the safety of perfumery and cosmetic products. It applies in the Eurasian Economic Union: Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan.
Products that comply carry the EAC mark. Conformity is confirmed by a declaration of conformity or, for categories listed in the regulation, by state registration.
