What is KKDİK and does it affect cosmetics manufacturers?

KKDİK is Türkiye's regulation on the registration, evaluation, authorisation and restriction of chemicals, often called the Turkish REACH.

It concerns chemical substances, not finished cosmetics. Suppliers of raw materials to Türkiye, and manufacturers of chemical products, may have registration duties and can use an Only Representative.
