A CPSR is the safety assessment that Article 10 and Annex I of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 require for every cosmetic product. It shows that the product is safe for human health under normal or reasonably foreseeable use.
Part A contains the safety information; Part B contains the conclusion of a qualified safety assessor.
